As a naturopathic doctor, I believe in the ability of healthcare providers to inspire people to reach their optimal state of wellness. I believe it is important to address the underlying causes of symptoms, and I use the tools of naturopathic medicine to help patients remove obstacles to take control of their health. I practice evidence-based, individualized care, and see my role as a guide and facilitator to educate and empower my clients to make the changes their lives require.

Dr. Alaina Gair is a naturopathic doctor, speaker and entrepreneur. She graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and went on to study naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Dr. Gair has a special interest in adjunctive cancer care.  She works to support patients before, during, and after conventional care, and strives to improve quality of life for patients undergoing surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. She is passionate about cancer treatment support and helping patients and their families.
