Dr. Laura Hoffmann, ND is passionate about naturopathic medicine and helping people achieve their optimal health! Laura has been trained in evidence-based medicine, hormone replacement therapy, acupuncture, and many more treatment options. She uses blood work, body composition analysis and other tools to thoroughly assess and monitor disease progression. She is skilled in assessing for any medication-supplement interactions and working with medical doctors to maintain communication about treatment plans. Prevention of disease and improving quality of life is at the forefront of her treatments. Laura was trained at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. Before this, Laura completed an Honours Bachelor's of Science at Western University. Born and raised in Stratford, she is thrilled to be a part of Affinity Health Clinic in New Hamburg and serving the community. Dr. Laura looks forward to helping people of all ages to reduce pain, optimize sleep and digestion and improve their energy!
