Dr. Mojan Zehtabchi (ND), completed her honours Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on Human Biology and Cell System Biology at University of Toronto in 2009. In 2013, Dr. Mojan received her doctorate degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where she received many awards, including the Natural Standard Research Collaboration Academic Achievement Award during the four-year program.
Dr. Mojan is licensed and registered as a Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario by The College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).
Dr. Mojan is a licensed intravenous (IV) practitioner.
Dr. Mojan has always tried to ask " How can I best serve my patients and will I do the same if was myself." Through this approach she has treated a variety of conditions, from sports medicine to infertility, in a very challenging and fast-paced environment.
She strives for learning more and finding the most evidence based approaches to treat her patients. That is why on Top of having prescribing rights in Ontario and practicing intravenous (IV) nutrition therapy she has completed her Naturopathic Doula training, which provides her with a more in-depth perspective on labour, as well as pre and postnatal health. Dr. Mojan is trained in Homotoxicology, which uses combinations of homeopathic remedies to stimulate detoxification.
In her free time she volunteers with different organizations. She also presents on a variety of health topics for organizations like the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the National MPS Society (USA), Canadian MPS Society and Hooper's Pharmacy to name a few.
