Simon also graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and has studied and taught at the International Acupuncture Institute and at The International Chinese Traditional Medicine and Acupuncture Research College in China and Hong Kong. A large portion of Simon's practice is devoted to treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Environmental Allergy, and Gastro-Intestinal Disorders. He has also written numerous articles for magazines and newspapers and has been featured on many different television programs.
