Dr. Verna Hunt, B.Sc. (Hons. Kin.), D.C., N.D. has been practicing as a Chiropractic and Naturopathic Doctor, for 45 years. She owns and operates The Centre for Health and Well Being in Toronto, Canada established in 2005. Dr. Hunt writes, speaks, and teaches presenting through her organization Being Well Communications. She has served on many boards and committees within the naturopathic profession in Canada and has received awards for her many years of service: OAND Naturopath of the Year, CAND Lifetime Achievement Award, first-time recipient of the CAND Dr. Verna Hunt Award, Naturopathic Doctor of the Year 2023 from the Saskatchewan Naturopathic Doctors Association. In 2013 Dr. Hunt founded the Naturopathic Legacy Project. The NLP is focused on helping archive, through video and written word, and maintain this historic knowledge and wisdom for future generations.
