Dr. Anne has a practice focused around PCOS, menstrual health, and fertility. Her personal experience with PCOS drives her passion to empower and educate menstruators about their health. She has a practical and intersectional approach to health and healthcare and wants people with periods to live their lives fully. She works with patients of diverse backgrounds throughout their journey from one’s first period to beyond menopause.

She offers in-person care in Newmarket as well as virtual care across Ontario. She offers pay-what-you-can days for those with financial barriers to accessing naturopathic care, has a free blog on her website, and is the founder of the educational platform, The Period Literacy School.

She is a retired birth doula, the author of the upcoming book, The Period Literacy Handbook, and appears on the media to advocate for better healthcare. She volunteers with organizations such as Naturopaths Without Borders, and sits on the board of directors of the Aurora Community Band.
