Carol Morley is a full-time practising Naturopathic Doctor with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for educating patients about preventative medicine and nutrition. As owner and director of Zawada Health, Carol provides families with a professional healthcare environment that offers natural health care solutions that are safe, effective and reliable.
Carol\'s enthusiasm for nutrition and education helps many patients and businesses, large and small, achieve their health and wellness goals. She has taught introductory and sports nutrition as a continuing education instructor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and has been a teaching assistant for students studying naturopathy. She regularly contributes to radio and television, and can also be seen periodically on Global Television\'s \"Family Health\" news segment.
She has also published a cookbook - Delicious Detox, to guide patients in healthy cooking that doesn\'t sacrifice taste. In addition to providing nutritional and detox advice, and weight loss counselling, Carol has special training in facial cosmetic acupuncture -- an anti-aging therapy to deal with wrinkles, dark circles, and acne scars. She is also the co-founder of plant2body organics, an organic skincare company that provides the skin with much-needed nutrients without chemicals and fragrances.
Carol\'s clinical and business experience is put to good use by sitting on the Board of Governors of the CCNM. She is currently vice-chair.
Carol is a graduate of McMaster University and the CCNM. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), CAND, and is licensed with CONO.
