Dr. Elizabeth Goldspink ND graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Canada, where she completed a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (ND). She also holds a Bachelor\'s Degree from the University of Ottawa. As a Clinical Intern in both general medicine and adjunctive cancer care at CCNM, Elizabeth focused her training and research on women\'s health issues and naturopathic oncology. Elizabeth has taken the Mind Body Medicine program at Harvard University Medical School in Boston, where she studied under Dr. Herbert Benson MD, the world leader in the study, advancement, and clinical practice of mind/body medicine. She has taken part in psychotherapy courses that focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Clinical Skills Training. Elizabeth took part in a preceptorship with Dr. Peter D?Adamo (Connecticut, USA) an internationally renowned physician & bestselling author, and completed an Externship with Dr. Paul Richard Saunders PhD, ND in 2012. She has completed and published research articles on women?s health conditions and cancer prevention. Elizabeth\'s model of practice focuses on treating the root cause of medical conditions and keeping up to date with emerging research in the field of both naturopathic and conventional medicine. Understanding the way that both systems of medicine work helps patients to make more informed decisions about their healthcare.
