I believe that...

Fertility is more than just your reproductive health and that reproductive health is more than just wanting to get pregnant. Fertility, peri-/menopause & reproductive health involve optimal physical and mental-emotional health. I help you identify & address underlying causes for your concerns and integrate traditional therapies with an evidence-informed approach, so that you can feel your healthiest while:

• supporting your chances of having a healthy baby
• live life to the fullest with periods that don't interrupt their life - even if you don't want to have kids
• transition through perimenopause and menopause feeling like the amazing person you are (but with WAY less hot flashes!).
