I love to educate women about hormone testing, fertility awareness, PMS, PCOS & blood sugar regulation. I’m a fraternal twin, mom of three & former grade 8 breaststroke champion. I love fermenting kombucha, camping, snowboarding & dark chocolate. When I’m not in the clinic seeing patients you’ll find me babywearing and exploring nature with my husband & kids.
