Dr. Tara Guzzo is a dedicated naturopathic doctor and registered acupuncturist (inactive) who empowers ambitious women to transform anxiety, fatigue & hormone challenges.

She is also the CEO and Clinical Director of InVersa Health. InVersa Health provides comprehensive virtual naturopathic care across Ontario, along with specialized women's wellness programs that nurture your wholistic well-being. 

In 2020, she created and hosted a television series on Shaw Spotlight called "Elevating Women's Wellness" where she interviewed local female healthcare providers on important health topics.

Dr. Tara is also the creator of the Resilience Reset Program, an educational journey designed to empower you to reclaim calm and confidence in your life.
